Decentralized WorldNot very relevant after everything we've progressed over the last few weeks, but I had this unpublished draft, and I don't want to lose it.

Many of the problems we have been discussing these days. I have seen the IPFS community bringing up solutions in one way or another. What I like about the general approach is that they always have the properties of user controls to manage their info and keep the network open.

Now that we are approaching a general solution to auth and identity, let's make sure we review this project as part of our exercise to understand the state of the art. It would be very surprising, given the context and goals, that we don't end up with a mix of the following projects (please let me know, of course, if I am wrong):

      DID Methods:

        did:key

        did:web

        did:email

      UCANs:

Auth framework for a distributed network system.

        Permissions are CIDs

Everything should be based on public keys.

UCAN RPC Framework: How can a networks of nodes, content and services can interoperate.

I might add a Site, a resource 2093u4nfaslkdjf0293uj, and then ask

As a site owner, I want to

      Names:

We need to give names to all of this.
